Yosh…Masa berlalu amat cepat..sedar2 da nak masok bulan september..isk…Dah nak puasa…hoho..betol la…bila dah sebok ngan kerja…masa berlalu tidak terasa…sampai kekadang terasa nak stop kan jer masa,pasal masa tidak cukup..isk…

Liverpool had win the battle against Chelsea in the match of FA Community Shield a.k.a Charity Shield..I’d watch it via cable channel..the match really make me fell so emotion..At last,Benitez really make Maurinho zip his mouth after having sum arguing with each other..Nice Job to Riise and Crouch.

And,welcome to Our group Bellamy,mark gonzalez,and aurelio……..Bellymy..u Superb dude..

Hopethis will make Chelsea put away their arrogant…a nice start for the team….Champs this season dude..n who will be the next?Sheffield?

Seorang Pensyarah Sedang Memberi Kuliah Tentang Stress Management, Dia mengangkat segelas Air dan bertanya kepada Mahasiswanya,

“Berapa beratkah Segelas Air ini pada fikiran anda Semua”??

Mahasiswa mengatakan beratnya anggaran dari 20 gram hingga 500 gram.

“Ini bukanlah masalah berat secara total,tetapi tergantung kepada berapa lama anda memegang nya. Jika saya pegangnya selama 1 minit, tidak ada masalah. Jika saya pegangnya selama 1 Jam, lengan kanan saya akan terasa sakit. Dan jika saya pegangnya selama 1 hari penuh, mungkin anda harus memanggil Ambulans untuk saya, tapi semakin lama saya memegangnya, maka beban nya akan menjadi semakin berat”.

“Jika kita membawa beban kita terus menerus, lambat laun kita tidak akan mampu membawanya lagi. Beban itu akan meningkat beratnya”.

“Apa yang harus kita lakukan adalah meletakkan gelas tersebut, berehat sejenak sebelum menganggkatnya lagi. Kita harus meninggalkan beban kita secara periodik, agar kita dapat lebih segar dan mampu membawa nya lagi”.

Jadi sebelum pulang kerumah, dari pejabat dan sebagainya, tinggalkan beban perkerjaan. Jangan membawanya pulang !!! beban itu dapat diambil lagi besok. Apapun beban yang ada di pundak anda hari ini, cuba tinggalkan sejenak jika boleh….!!!

Setelah berehat ambilnya kembali. Hidup ini Singkat, Jadi Cubalah Menikmatinya!!!!

My work?Almost done..Actually,i plan to make my work finish due to the dateline..but,whuat a miracle had happened to me..it’s all finish much more early that i had expected..doing sum survey..a here is the result bout me!!dem..Need a break..
